We want you to be completely satisfied with your MC2 Saint Barth purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return authorization form inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
